Double extension 2022/23 adding around one third of the original footprint of this house in North Herts.

Hunt Builders were on site in October and had completed all major building, electrical and plumbing works by the following January.

The end result is a bright, large open-plan kitchen/dining/family room with a large master bedroom suite on the first floor complete with dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

The old kitchen was converted into an office space, with two remaining reception rooms left untouched and usable throughout.
